"The more Certainty that exists in any environment, the greater the belief, commitment, engagement, investment, involvement and contribution by the people in it."
The Certainty Principle was realized in the early 1990's by our co-founder, after he experienced a rare real-world "laboratory" of the comparative success of two near-perfectly similar business enterprises.
Certainty dictates levels of contribution, commitment and engagement. Levels and degrees of Certainty have been shown to be one of the most powerful predictors of enterprise success: the more, the better.
We've learned over the years that Certainty applies not just to the workforce, but also to customers, shareholders and investors, partners and vendors, governments and communities, relationships and families.
Learning about Certainty, and how to bring it into your business, and life, is available in tailored-to-you Keynote presentations, one-to-two day Seminars, or two-to-four day Workshops.
The Certainty Principle was realized in the early 1990's by one of our co-founders, after he experienced a rare real-world "laboratory" of the comparative success and failure of two near-perfectly similar business enterprises.
Both companies had the same locales and markets, business and products, customer and workforce demographics, distribution systems, information platforms and supporting vendors. They ought to have been a single company, but instead they competed across the streets across their markets. We were the workforce performance management and incentive compensation advisors for both.
One had results that were declining fast, the other had results that were solidly trending up. Why? The answer, very obvious in retrospect, the flip-side of fear of the unknown and fight or flight, evolved into the Certainty Principle. The only difference between the two enterprises was that one was suffering from extreme internal uncertainty. And, in that environment, morale and performance plummeted.
We learned in the ensuing years that Certainty applies not just to the workforce, but in numerous practical ways also to customers, shareholders and investors, marketing and products, service and quality, partners and vendors, communities, governments and nations, relationships, and families.
